Feature Comparison
Two Voice Technologies
Pick the one that fits your customer expectations and your call mix.
Standard Voice
Natural and professional. Indistinguishable from a polished human receptionist for the vast majority of calls. Best for high-volume use where total minutes matter more than absolute realism.
GPT Realtime
Indistinguishable from a real human in tone, timing, and inflection. Handles complex back-and-forth conversation more fluidly. Best for premium businesses where every call is worth a higher cost-per-minute.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will my callers know they are talking to AI?
Many will not. The voice is natural enough that the average caller assumes they reached a person. People do not reject AI, they reject bad AI, and when a system answers fast and actually helps, callers are glad someone picked up. If a caller asks directly, it answers honestly and offers a transfer. The best way to judge it is to call our demo line and decide for yourself.
Can I hear it before I buy?
Yes, right now. Call our demo line at 785-205-2255 and have a real conversation with it. That line is answering for our own business, so it is a true sample of the voice and the flow. It is the fastest way to know if this is right for you.
How is this different from voicemail or an answering service?
Voicemail just records a message, and most callers hang up rather than leave one. A traditional answering service reads a generic script and charges a high rate per call. Answered Quick is tuned to your trade and answers every call instantly. It qualifies the caller and books the appointment straight onto your calendar. You get a booked job, not a message to call someone back.
What does it actually do on a call?
It answers, figures out what the caller needs, answers their questions, qualifies them, books the appointment onto your calendar, and sends you a summary. It is built around your business first, so it answers like someone who works there. It works for any business where a phone call leads to revenue, and it is especially strong for service trades like heating and cooling, plumbing, roofing, electrical, dental, legal intake, and real estate.
Can it handle more than one call at the same time?
Yes, as many as come in at once. A human receptionist takes one call at a time and everyone else gets a busy signal or voicemail. The AI answers every caller right away, even during a rush, so no one waits on hold and no call gets missed.
Does it work after hours and on weekends?
Yes, around the clock, every day, holidays included. After-hours coverage is one of the biggest reasons businesses use it. The call that comes in at nine at night gets answered and booked instead of lost to voicemail.
Can it transfer a caller to a real person?
Yes, always. A caller can ask for a human at any point and it connects them. It also escalates on its own when a call needs a person, and it routes urgent calls or takes a message so your team is notified. You decide where those transfers go.
What if it does not know the answer to a question?
It is built not to guess. When it hits something outside what it knows, it asks a clarifying question, or it takes a message and offers a transfer, then sends you the details. It never makes things up about your business, which is exactly why we configure it around your real information first.
Can it book appointments and connect to my calendar?
Yes. It books appointments straight onto your calendar and captures the lead details as the call happens, in real time. Deeper connections into other systems, like a CRM or dispatch software, are available as an add-on.
How do I get the appointment details and call summaries?
They come to you in real time. Appointments land on your calendar and a summary of each call arrives by email, so you see who called and what they needed without retyping anything.
Can it answer in Spanish or other languages?
Yes. It takes calls in a broad range of languages, including Spanish, with male or female voices and different accents. If many of your customers prefer another language, we set that up during onboarding.
Can it sound like my business?
Yes. We configure its tone, its language, and the terms it uses to match your brand and your customers. It should sound like it belongs at your business, and it does.
How is it customized for my business?
It is configured around your actual services, your pricing, your locations, your scheduling rules, the questions your customers ask, how you qualify a lead, and the tone you want. A dental office and a roofing company should not sound the same, and with us they do not.
Do I have to build or configure the AI myself?
No. We build it for you, and that is the whole point. You do not write prompts or wire anything up. You tell us about your business and we handle the build, the configuration, and the testing. You get a working system, not a software project.
What happens after I sign up?
You get a setup call within one business day. We learn your services, hours, pricing, booking rules, and the questions your customers ask, then configure the agent around all of it and run test calls before it goes live.
How quickly does setup happen?
Most accounts are live within five to seven business days from signup. Managed Elite accounts get expedited priority.
Do I need any special equipment?
No. It works with your existing business phone number through call forwarding. There is no new hardware.
Can I keep my existing phone number?
Yes. You forward your existing number to the AI, or we provide a dedicated number that forwards to you for callbacks. Both options keep your existing customer-facing number.
What if I exceed my included minutes?
Overage is billed at the per-minute rate for your tier. Standard voice tiers run twenty-five cents a minute and GPT Realtime tiers run ninety-five cents a minute. You can upgrade tiers anytime if you regularly run over.
Are there hidden fees?
No. You see the monthly price, what is included, the one-time setup, and the overage rate if you ever go past your minutes. Custom integrations and the optional Care Plan are clearly separate add-ons. Nothing is buried.
How should I think about whether it is worth it?
Ask yourself a few honest questions. How many calls do you miss in a week, and how many come in after you have closed? What is one booked job worth to you? For most businesses, one or two extra captured jobs a month more than covers the whole service. The first saved call often pays for it.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. There is no long-term contract. It is month to month, and if you cancel, service ends at the close of the current billing period. We would rather earn it every month than lock you in.
Can I review the calls it handles, and is my information secure?
Yes. You get a summary of every call, and depending on your plan, transcripts, recordings, lead details, and reporting, so you can see exactly what it did and captured. No black box. Your information and the information your callers share are handled carefully and never sold. If your state or industry requires a recording notice or specific privacy rules, we set that up.
Can I change it myself later, or have you keep it tuned?
Both. You log in anytime to update everyday things yourself, like your hours, a price, a holiday, or a promotion, so you are not waiting on a support ticket. If you would rather we keep it tuned as you grow, the optional Care Plan handles that for you.
