What is included with Website Chat?

Every plan includes Website Chat: Starter 250, Standard 750, Professional 2,000, and Managed Elite 5,000 conversations per billing period. Website Chat Plus removes Powered by Answered Quick branding and adds 500 conversations for $5/month per block.

What happens if I exceed my call or chat allowance?

Additional call minutes cost $0.25 each. Website Chat conversations beyond included capacity cost $0.05 each. Your plan allowance and any Website Chat Plus capacity are used first.

Is Care required?

No for Starter, Standard, and Professional. You can manage updates yourself. Care is optional at $99/month for Starter and Standard and $199/month for Professional. Care is included with Managed Elite.

What does the $499 setup fee pay for?

It pays for the Custom Business Build: learning your business, organizing knowledge, configuring call behavior, routing and appointments, testing real scenarios, refining the setup, and preparing the receptionist to launch.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can change plans as your call volume and service needs change. Website Chat Plus lets you add chat capacity without changing your call plan.

Is there a long-term contract?

The base subscription is month to month unless a specific order states otherwise. Review the current Terms of Service and order details for the complete billing terms.
