How is it customized for my business?

Do I have to build or configure the AI myself?

What happens after I sign up?

You get a setup call within one business day. We learn your services, hours, pricing, booking rules, and the questions your customers ask, then configure the agent around all of it and run test calls before it goes live.

How quickly does setup happen?

Most accounts are live within five to seven business days from signup. Managed Elite accounts get expedited priority.

Do I need any special equipment?

No. It works with your existing business phone number through call forwarding. There is no new hardware.

Can I keep my existing phone number?

Yes. You forward your existing number to the AI, or we provide a dedicated number that forwards to you for callbacks. Both options keep your existing customer-facing number.

What if I exceed my included minutes?

Overage is billed at the per-minute rate for your tier. Standard voice tiers run twenty-five cents a minute and GPT Realtime tiers run ninety-five cents a minute. You can upgrade tiers anytime if you regularly run over.

Are there hidden fees?

No. You see the monthly price, what is included, the one-time setup, and the overage rate if you ever go past your minutes. Custom integrations and the optional Care Plan are clearly separate add-ons. Nothing is buried.

How should I think about whether it is worth it?

Ask yourself a few honest questions. How many calls do you miss in a week, and how many come in after you have closed? What is one booked job worth to you? For most businesses, one or two extra captured jobs a month more than covers the whole service. The first saved call often pays for it.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. There is no long-term contract. It is month to month, and if you cancel, service ends at the close of the current billing period. We would rather earn it every month than lock you in.

Can I review the calls it handles, and is my information secure?

Yes. You get a summary of every call, and depending on your plan, transcripts, recordings, lead details, and reporting, so you can see exactly what it did and captured. No black box. Your information and the information your callers share are handled carefully and never sold. If your state or industry requires a recording notice or specific privacy rules, we set that up.

Can I change it myself later, or have you keep it tuned?

Both. You log in anytime to update everyday things yourself, like your hours, a price, a holiday, or a promotion, so you are not waiting on a support ticket. If you would rather we keep it tuned as you grow, the optional Care Plan handles that for you.
